Its prime location boasts spectacular views, easy access to the water, & lots of activities you can enjoy for an ultimate lake-cation. Enjoy best views & a welcoming atmosphere from our dock, complete with a swim platform & ladder making it the ideal destination for your lake stay.

- Private dock available for guest use for swimming, fishing, and lounging. Boat slip is not currently available for guest use.

Location Description:
Located on the main channel at the 1.5 MM and very close to the Bagnell Dam strip. This west side location offers the peace of a rural setting with nearby access to hot spots for restaurants, lake front entertainment, and nightlife.

Getting There:
Driving directions will be provided by guidebook. The home is within 3 hours of both Kansas City and St. Louis - all finished roads. Your drive is less than 1/2 a day from Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Illinois. Regional airports in Columbia and Springfield allow for lake area landing; or the closest large airport is Kansas City International.Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Lake Ozark.

Amazingly clean, incomparable view of the main channel, very well maintained! The dock looks brand new and is the perfect place to sit and have a cocktail in the afternoon/evening because the owner’s boat shades the seating area. We’ve already booked it for another stay in August!

This home was exactly as listed and the view is one of the best you’ll have of the lake whether you are inside or outside. Kathy was quick to respond to any questions and was a great host. The dock was perfect whether you like shade or prefer to float. Even when we had thunderstorms for nearly a whole day you stop felt like you were in the lake with the view. We played games both upstairs and in the downstairs living area. It was so spacious and fit our needs perfectly! Highly recommend this home!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Home and Host!This was our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of eight with plenty of space, very clean, and well laid out. It’s a beautiful two-story home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, which made it so comfortable for everyone.The location is ideal & just about a mile from Bagnell Dam with a clear line of sight to it. The house has multiple decks and tons of windows throughout the house to take in gorgeous views up and down the lake.The outdoor amenities were a huge bonus: kayaks, a 16’ lily pad, floats, chairs, a table and a stone fire pit on the dock, and a grill up by the house that made outdoor cooking easy and fun. Everything was set up for a relaxing and fun weekend. The access to the dock and water was easy and convenient, and it truly felt like a private getaway while still being close to everything. The house is just a few minutes from Dollar General (we made three trips ourselves!) and less than ten minutes to the Bagnell Strip, which made grabbing anything we needed, or heading out for fun super convenient.The host was fantastic; responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. I can’t say enough good things about both the house and the host. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again!
