The Aspen Mountain Residences charges a $40/night resort fee and a $40/night parking fee (if you have a car) that would be payable directly to the resort at checkout.

***The Aspen Mountain Residences ONLY rents luxury units at a 5-night minimum Sunday-Sunday or Saturday-Saturday. First and third-floor residences rent Saturday to Saturday. Second and fourth-floor residences are available from Sunday to Sunday.
