This is a wonderful property and location, both close to the heart of Rincon and the beach. The beach is actually nicer than the rockier beaches just to the North (Steps, Dome, etc.). We stayed over a weekend and it is directly across from a park with live music we could listen to from our balcony. The condo is very clean and modern with great appliances and furnishings. A bonus is that it has the best hot water (think showers) we experienced while in Puerto Rico! If you want a spot that offers walkability this is a great option!

This property is absolutely beautiful, wonderfully clean, and looks exactly as the pictures show. It was centerally located for our planned outings on the west side of the island. At night, we sat on the balcony enjoying wine and listening to the water. Response time from the hosts was quick and the instructions for check-in and check-out were thorough and easy. Highly recommend this property and hope it is available the next time I plan a trip to Puerto Rico's west side.

Great time in Rincon

The condo was in a perfect location near the beaches and great restraunts. Aria, the property manager, was extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would definately reccomend this location and VRBO rental to friends.

Clean, bright, great location

This condo was perfect for our stay in Rincon. It was spacious, clean, and had modern decor and details. The view to the ocean from the balcony was relaxing and the location to town made for an easy stroll for dinner and drinks. The pool was an added bonus as was the generator that kicked on during the all island power failure. Great stay!

Paradise in Rincon...with the most amazing view!

Our family of four stayed at Aria's property in November. What an amazing experience - even well before we even booked. Aria is VERY responsive and helped us feel welcome in this beautiful condo. Everything was in pristine condition when we arrived and the condo is loaded with amenities. We even had access to a concierge service which I used during our stay - wonderful. The property served as a great home base during our 5 days in Rincon. It is right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to downtown and local eateries. It is also just a short drive to even more locations/eateries. We were so happy to have chosen Aria's property - my children loved the property and all it had to offer. If you're thinking about booking, just go ahead and book it! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Aria!
