I own Pinkham's Cove Marine on RT 27. We sell new and used boats, repair boats and rent Pontoon Boats.

Our "Camp" is a newer year round cabin-style cottage located on the western side of Upper Long Pond. We have a large waterfront deck which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views of Long Pond. You can tie your boat up to our attached dock. The public boat launch is located on Lower Long Pond which is a short drive away and easily accessible. You do need to go under a bridge to access Upper Long Pond and need to put your Bimini Top down if your boat has one.
We have two kayaks with rod holders that can be used for fishing or just exploring Long Pond.
I have adult and kids life jackets for use.
There is great fishing and boating on Long Pond. Fishing variety consists of Salmon, Brook & Brown Trout, White Perch, Smelt, Northern Pike, Smallmouth & Largemouth Bass and Pickerel.
You will hear the sound of loons in the morning. Its extremely peaceful sitting down on the deck overlooking the water after sunrise. There is a 300' (Zero entry) sandy beach that is part of our community and grassy play area just steps from the cottage that is perfect for families with small children.
The house has a spacious kitchen and is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and dining room table.
Other amenities include: Gas Grill, Stereo, Wifi, DVD Player and a Washer and Dryer.

The house has 2 bedrooms plus a loft, 1.5 baths which comfortably sleeps up to 7 people:
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and 1/2 bath.
The loft which is outside the master bedroom has two twin beds.
The 2nd bedroom on the first floor has twin bunk beds and one single twin bed.
If you golf be sure to bring your clubs and schedule a tee time at the Belgrade Lakes Golf Club which is just five miles away. Its Maine’s #1 rated golf course and one of the Top 100 Public Courses in the Country (Golf Digest, 2015).
There are many great places to eat in downtown Belgrade as well as Hallowell and other nearby towns.
