Experience the lake like a local in this charming 1-bedroom full basement apartment. The 1500 sq ft space features a California king bed in the bedroom overlooking the main channel of the lake and a double sleeper futon in the game room. Perfect setup for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Anything over 3 persons is $50/night. Guests can enjoy amenities like boating with available dock, 2 canoes on property, swimming, fishing, pinball, WiFi, Dual sided gas fireplace (seasonal). The bathroom has a full bathtub ,shower, urinal, bidet. A separate building closer to lake offers closer views and entertainment like corn hole, old school stereo and a gas fire pit. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Fall in love with Smith Mountain Lake sunsets and main channel boating activity. We only allow up to a one week stay at this time. Additional days can only be approved face to face with the owner and calendar availability. Ramulous Vineyard is open year round and 1 mile away. A canoe is available and a slip is available if you bring your own boat.(both at your own risk)

Beautiful, unique property that keeps you looking around at all of the unusual and silly signs, old time decor, and interesting pieces. And that's when you are not mesmerized by the lake water or the sunset!! The extra touches and the well stocked kitchen were much appreciated! The hosts were top knotch!! We'll be back ☺️
