From booking to check-out, Mimi and Caleb provided the most wonderful stay! The house is close to town, yet a quiet escape from the busyness of a holiday weekend in Durango. The owners have gone above and beyond to provide everything a guest would need! Mimi was always quick to respond if we had a question. She has a gift for hospitality and made us feel so welcome! We look forward to our next stay at this beautiful home!

Was a gorgeous location not too far from downtown. The only thing to note is the front steps up to the house are very uneven railroad ties, with divots in the ground between ties. It made it challenging for those of us over 78 years old, but the views were worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental home in Durango! The house was exceptionally clean and located on a quiet street with beautiful mountain views. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We also appreciated the clean grill, which was perfect for cooking outside, and the WiFi was fast and reliable throughout our stay.Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish—they were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Durango area.

The property was beautiful and the house was fully stocked with pots and pans, appliances and linens. The beds were comfortable and the view from the kitchen window was spectacular! We came to see snow but unfortunately it was not there. We were able to see some with a little travel. The property owners were very helpful and available to answer questions.

My wife Mimi and I are avid hikers. We know most of the trails in the region. Mimi also loves to ride horses! We have two college age sons. Hiking, skiing, rafting, fishing and biking fill my spare time. I studied geology, worked as a flyfishing guide in the Black Canyon of the Gunnison River, Telluride and in Patagonia, Argentina/Chile. In 2001, I started my Durango Acupuncture & Allergy Relief practice in 2001
