Very clean, nice house. Lots of stuff for all ages to do. A lot of space and the gym was an added bonus to the house. Everyone loved our stay. We will definitely stay again.

This was the perfect house for me and my girlfriends to have a short weekend visit in Denver. It's very stylish and well kept. The gym, sauna and hot tub and a nice addition. We will be back.

It’s a beautiful home with everything you could ask for when hosting a big group. The space, amenities, and entertainment were perfect for us. This must be the place for a reunion! The house truly enhanced our reunion experience and made our time together even more special and memorable.

The house was a perfect set up and location for our 5 day family adventure in Denver. The kids loved the game room and it kept them entertained whenever we were there. The adults made great use of the gym and sauna. We all enjoyed the large hot tub. The family room and beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive to our questions and was quick to respond to our requests. Highly recommend!!

The house was clean and spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen appeared to be well-stocked with pans. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We also appreciated the hot tub and outdoor games. It was a good base for adventures in Denver and was close to several parks. Also, a big thank you to Ryan for being a great host.

Family Fun !

The home was a great fit for our family. We had 8 adults, and infant and a dog. Bedrooms were perfect with king size beds for everyone. Main floor had ample space for meals, game playing, and tv watching. Fenced backyard was perfect for our furry friend, along with great neighborhoods for daily walks. Great location for a quick mountain hike! Highly recommend!

Group trip

Property was very comfortable for our large group of 12 women. Many cool amenities we did not use such as the sauna, hot tub, corn hole, video games. But would be great fun for groups with children. Loved the king beds, which are great for sharing. Ryan was very responsive to answer questions and address issues. Looking forward to staying again next year.

With a family of 7 adults and 7 children, the space was more than adequate to meet our needs. The children had the basement to themselves. They loved the arcade games and the popcorn popper.Each bedroom was spacious and there were more than enough bathrooms to accommodate our tribe.Thank you for hosting us. This will be a trip to remember and my grandson says that he is going back.
