Thank you for providing feedback on your fourth and most recent stay. We are sorry to hear aspects of this visit were disappointing and did not meet your previous 5* experiences. To address your specific concerns: *We coordinate with the security team well in advance to ensure a seamless check-in process, so we were disappointed you experienced a delay accessing the resort, but were pleased to assist. *Regarding the pool and landscaping services, these are performed on a routine schedule to ensure the property remains in top condition for all our guests; however, we understand how these services can be disruptive. Quite a catch-22 situation! *This home is well-stocked with both pool and bath towels. Had we known this was a concern, we would have been happy to direct you to them. (Our local guest services team is always ready to assist with any questions or requests, so it is unfortunate that the last two concerns mentioned were not communicated to us during your visit.) We appreciate your input and stay with us. With kind regards, Trip La Quinta - 5 Star Luxury Vacation Rentals

Hello Anne, thank you for your kind words about “*81290 Golfview Dr.” We’re especially happy you enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, the lovely pool, and its awesome setting right on the golf course. Hello Cindy, we're thrilled that you had a 5-star stay at *81290 Golfview Dr (PGA West). Your feedback and recommendation means a lot to us, thank you! We can't wait to host you again. -The iTrip La Quinta Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we truly appreciate it. We’d like to clarify that the curtains in the main living area are intended for decorative purposes and are not designed to close. Given the home’s location and the distance from neighboring properties, privacy has not typically been a concern. However, the dining area curtains are fully functional and can be closed should additional privacy be preferred. We’ve had the pleasure of managing this property for several years and this is the first time this particular concern has been raised, so we genuinely appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your perspective is valuable, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
