Great central location in the heart of what CDA has to offer! Easy access to HYW 95 & I-90 so you can make a quick trip up to Silverwood or over to Post Falls easy peasy. The house has been recently remodeled and has a clean and bright feel. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood you'll enjoy a family friendly vibe with a large back yard and a cul-de-sac away from traffic. The house is one side of a duplex, with very welcoming and friendly neighbors. Read our reviews! This is a great place to stay 😊

Guests are welcome to utilize the front yard, side yard, and spacious backyard. The entire four bedroom two bathroom house is also open for you during your stay.
