Nicely decorated three bedroom condo, conveniently located in the center of Dewey, just a short walk away from the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath. Bedroom number (2) has a double bed and a twin bed. The third bedroom has (1) queen bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms. This condo also has a fully- equipped, spacious, kitchen and nice front deck.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.
Please note that this condo sits in the vicinity of the Bottle and Cork Nightclub and you will hear music and nightlife until the bar closes. ** This is not a pet friendly property.

Perfect space for a girls trip!!! Just loud Saturday night (right next to bars) and there was some sand that we needed to sweep up when we checked in.

Place was great!! Right downtown which was amazon, less than 2 blocks to the beach!! Bottle&Cork venue really wasn't bad, we aren't light sleepers but it ends early enough for a normal night out weekend it was all good!! Robin and Diane were amazing, we reached out to them for a couple little things like extra pillows and blanket for the sleeper sofa and without hesitation they ran right over to help and deliver! Always answering! Making sure we were great! I'd definitely stay here again! It was perfect for a 35 age bachelorette of some beach days, some chill game nights, and still close to the bars for our happy hour vibes!!! Loved it. And really can't say enough good things about the hosts and their attentiveness!!! Thank you!!

This place was perfect for our group of 8 women. Loved the short walk to the beach, the bay, and the shops. Nice and clean.

Bottomline, it's clean and does the job. Location is it's greatest feature.I got the impression from the pictures that it would be in better condition as far as being dated. There were a lot of ants. The heavy shower door fell off during first use. Not something we could fix. Some doors were cheap and loud to force shut. The beds fit the space but take up most of the room. My light switch wasn't connected to the lamps. little things... BUT, again, it serves it's purpose and is a great location and we had a GREAT time.

Great Dewey Beach Getaway!

Everything was clean and comfortable. This property was equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. The location was just across the street from the beach and we could walk to restaurants although not everything was open since it was still off season. The weather was perfect, too, which was an added bonus!

Enjoyable Dewey getaway

We had a wonderful time at Dewey. The property was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and just a short walk to the beach. We were warned there could be noise from Bottle & Cork but since we visited during the week when no bands were playing, noise wasn't a problem.

Beach weekend

Stayed here with a group of 6 for three nights in August. Location is great. Condo is spacious. Full kitchen was nice and was well stocked. 5 minute walk to beach. Easy parking for 2 vehicles. Will stay here again in the future.

Great weekend stay in Dewey

Awesome weekend experience at this lovely condo in Dewey. The hosts were friendly, courteous, and flexible in helping us prepare for our trip prior and on the day of check in. It was a great experience- location can’t be beat! 2 minute walk to the beach and right around the corner from lively bars. Short 5-10 minute drive to all the restaurants in Rehoboth. Nice Place

Our stay was in off-season. All the basics that you need for a comfortable stay other than sheets, towels and Keurig pods. Really nice, comfortable place. Only used the Queen bed and it is comfortable. Room for 2 cars to park in carport. But only a 3 minute walk to my favorite place for crab cakes, Woody’s! Great stay.

90th Birthday Party

We needed a place to stay in Dewey. My dad turned 90 and we had a party for him. Usually, we stay at his house but out of town guests were going to stay at his house. Condo was nice and clean. Plenty of room for the 5 of us staying here. There was a little noise from a bar on Friday night. It kept my granddaughter up until 1am. She was in the bedroom closest to Rt1. We did not hear it in the master bedroom. Her dad in the front bedroom didn't have a problem. No complaints on Saturday night. I would rent this unit again.

Fun getaway with friends

My friends and I had a great time at Robin and Diane’s condo. Everything was clean, decorated really cute, and the location can’t be beat. Both Robin and Diane were super communicative and helpful with any questions we had. You can definitely hear Bottle and Cork loud and clear, but that wasn’t a problem for our group. We would definitely stay here again!
