Welcome to Wade N Sea, a coastal beauty perfectly situated on the white sands of Gulf Shores.

Located at Southern Sands, minutes from great shopping and restaurants, Wade N Sea is on the 1st floor (one level up from the ground floor) with a stunning view of the water and sand from our private balcony. The living area is comfortable with a sleeper sofa and additional seating from which to enjoy entertainment on our smart TV. Dining for four is available for meals and snacks you prepare in our fully-equipped kitchen that offers all large and small appliances including a toaster, coffee pot, blender plus pots/pans and dishware.

The master bedroom at Wade N Sea offers a king bed, clothes storage, smart TV and access to an ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, clothing storage, smart TV, and access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Our private balcony is perfect to soak up the amazing view. Common laundry facilities are available along with complimentary wifi.

We are located on the first floor which is one level up from the ground floor, and an elevator is available for guest use. This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Pets/ESA are not allowed.

Outside, you can relax at the pool or take advantage of chairs and umbrellas available for rent (Summer months). And there are grills on property for guests use.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. Covered and outdoor parking is available for up to two your vehicles (one pass is included in your booking; a second is available for a fee).

Wade N Sea is walkable to the Hangout (home to the well-known music festival and the annual National Shrimp Festival), Bahama Bob's, as well as local seafood restaurants and beach bars. Shopping at the Tanger Outlets is an easy drive down the road, plus nearby golf courses, zoo, and waterparks.

Just Perfect!

Such a lovely condo, just like the description! Very warm, comfy, beautiful decor, clean, peaceful, and just plain perfect for our visit. The location and amenities were wonderful, and short walk to everything. Best host ever, so very kind, helpful and just incredible communication. We will stay here again!
