Clean and convenient

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this 3BR home. It worked well for our visit to my nephew at UB, and for some of the other things we did on this trip to Buffalo. We would definitely recommend this property.

Nice neighborhood. I wouldnt stay here again. Shower in the bathroom does not work. Faucets all backwards. The scented plug- ins dominated the airspace. We unplugged them all. His response in the photos section.

I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this was my first bad experience. I also never write bad reviews but I’m afraid this house was worthy of one. The smell of stale cigarettes covered up with cheap air fresheners gave all of us horrible headaches within 5 minutes of arrival. We had to open all of the windows and remove the air fresheners. The smell was still awful the entire stay even with windows open. There were 4 towels for 4 of us to use for 5 days and no washer and dryer. The kitchen is not well equipped if you are planning on cooking any meals. There were no garbage bags provided and no instruction on where to put garbage. By the end of our stay we had garbage piled up. There are no extra blankets anywhere and each bed has a thin comforter. The shower was not clean and there were half used bars of soap inside the shower. This stay was not worth the money we spent. I’m thankful we had a lot of places to be so we didn’t have to stay at the house a lot.
