The property is beautiful and great for a large group! The kitchen is very basic, no bowls, 2 mugs, no dish rag or paper towels. I requested something to dry dishes and wipe down counters, but nothing was provided. The showers in the bathrooms in the main house had no hot water. The hot tub was cold the entire 4 days we were there . I asked 4 times for it to be heated and got no response. I asked twice for a leak in one of the bathrooms to be fixed- the seal on the toilet was leaking and flowing into the bedroom. There is no sauna as indicated in the listing.

We regret the inconvenience with the kitchen supplies, hot water, hot tub, and maintenance concerns, as well as the lack of timely follow-up. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we are addressing these matters with our team. We also apologize for any confusion regarding the sauna listing.
