Oceanfront Villa Capriani Condo - Direct Beach Access!! Pools! On Site Restauran

This stunning 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Townhouse style condo offers sleeping for 8 with a King Bed, A Double Bed, 2 Twins, and a Queen Sleeper sofa. Pillows and blankets are provided. Please arrange to bring your own sheets & towels. Linen rental information is available upon request.

The Villa Capriani Resort offers true Topsail Island luxury. With many onsite amenities and private guest accommodations, this resort is for vacationers who really want to relax and enjoy their time on the beach. The resort provides elevators for easy access to each floor. A tennis court is available for resident & guest recreation across the street from the complex. An onsite restaurant is also available to treat yourself to a special dinner. Three swimming pools and three hot tubs are available to guests in the central courtyard of the complex. The beach access is located just beyond the largest central pool on the ocean side of the courtyard. Two cars are permitted per property, and parking permits will be issued upon checking in. Parking around the complex is limited, but additional parking is across the street by the tennis court.

➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

Nice place

Wifi is not reliable. We did not have access to the owners personal Wifi for the condo we had to use the guest.

Nice Condo

The condo was beautiful. There was a little wear and tear from use (cabinets off hinges, broken toilet seat); all said to be fixed but didn't happen while we were there. Issue with not having enough wrist bands. Property manager was supposed to call us to have us get more, and never did. That was a problem since we were asked daily at the pool and kept needing to show them the email. Overall the condo was great. Poor communication and slow to no resolving of issues noted with Property management.

Comfortable and clean with great beach access

We had a great time. My only complaints were with the fees from Lewis Reality on top of the fees from VBRO. The unit is listed as average $142/night but our price was more than twice that amount. It was not easy to find the rental price until after you booked the property. It turns out that there is a reservation fee and a processing fee. In addition to misleading pricing, it was difficult to log in and navigate Lewis Reality's reservation system. They kept sending emails about vacation 'extras' through them. I was surprised by the high prices. A sheet package was offered at over $150 for the week with an almost $50 service charge.

Absolutely wonderful!

We LOVED this condo! Beautiful decor and so clean! Beds were comfortable. The view is incredible. If you're wondering whether to book this condo or another one, you will not be disappointed in staying here. The entire villa community is wonderful. We will be back! Thank you for creating such a wonderful place.
