This comfortable family friendly villa is situated in the centre of the small Nobiallo hamlet.

Enjoy all the great things about the Como Lake and Italian lifestyle; A stunning view on the lake and the mountain range all around you; shopping and dining in the near vicinity but without losing the safety and peace of the private premises.

The house has all the comforts you'd expect, like WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven & a range), Satellite TV and a washing machine. It also offers lake views from every room, a garage that easily fits a car, bikes and perhaps even a small boat, a huge terrace (with a roof for shade/against the rain) to dine comfortably or relax. It also has a second terrace on the roof which is also very nice.

Great value

We enjoyed many hours on the deck with the beautiful view over Lake Como. Lots of rain this year which caused the house to feel a bit damp/moldy - but everything worked perfectly and was exactly as advertised. Phenomenal location with a great little walk through village paths to a local cafe and easy access to boat rental 2 minutes away from the house. A truly remarkable place in the world.

Geweldig!

Helemaal top! Communicatie met eigenaar was helder en ontspannen. Leuke tips over omgeving en restaurants ontvangen. Op loopafstand van supermarkt, restaurants, veerboot, etc. Mooie tuin, afgesloten dus handig met kleine kids. Heel rustig, en WAT EEN UITZICHT!

Endroit magnifique

Site exceptionnel, vue magnifique, superbe terrasse, intérieur lumineux et fonctionnel. Accès facile au lac; voie piétonne pour se rendre à Menaggio et autres. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgesprochen ruhig (am Ortsrand von Nobiallo). Obwohl die Straße relativ nah am Gebäude liegt, hört man kaum etwas vom (wenigen) Verkehr, nachts kann man das Plätschern des Sees genießen. Auf den Ausblick von der Terrasse freut man sich jeden Morgen beim Aufwachen aufs Neue - der See und die umliegenden Berge sind einfach atemberaubend schön. Das Haus liegt am Hang und verfügt über einen kleinen, aber schön angelegten Garten. Das gesamte Innere war ausgeprochen sauber und wirkte wie frisch renoviert. In der Küche (Gasherd / Elektrobackofen) war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und Essen benötigt. Mit Blick auf die sehr eingeschränkten Parkmöglichkeiten ist die (ca. 200 Meter vom Haus entfernte) Garage ausgesprochen hilfreich (zum Aus- und Einladen kann man bis ca. 100 Meter an das Haus heranfahren). Direkt gegenüber der Garage (in der man neben dem Auto auch eine Luftmatratze oder ein kleines Boot unterbringen kann) gibt es einen Zugang zum See, wo man (von einem sehr kleinen Kiesstrand aus) morgens und abends kurz ins Wasser springen kann. Ein etwas größerer Strand mit Liegemöglichkeiten (Gras / Kies) ist ca. 200 Meter Richtung Norden entfernt (kurz vor dem Tunnel rechts ab). Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war uneingeschränkt positiv; Mails wurden sehr schnell, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit beantwortet.
