Home is 2 miles from Garland Resort, close to Ausable River, Traverse City, Mackinac, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and Hartwick Pines. This home offers 3 bedrooms, kitchen open to large dining and living area with fireplace. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with a full size bed and 1 bedroom that is used as a bedroom/den with a queen size sleeper sofa. The owner will approve a maximum of 4 people to stay at the home. The home is very clean with remodeled bathrooms, remodeled kitchen, new tongue and groove throughout, laundry equipment, cement patio on Lakeside, campfire ring, gas grill. Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoor smokers must use caution due to fire danger.
