This ChampionsGate villa feels like a spacious home built for togetherness, offering room to spread out and moments to gather.



Sleeping arrangements

- Downstairs primary bedroom: king bed, sleeps two.

- Upstairs primary bedroom: king bed, sleeps two.

- Two upstairs bedrooms: each with a queen bed, sleeps two per room.

- Clouds bedroom: one full bed and one twin bed, sleeps two.

- Minions bedroom: one full bed and one twin bed, sleeps two.

All linens and bathroom essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space and everything needed for group meals. A spacious indoor dining area flows from the kitchen, encouraging long, shared meals and lively conversation. A smart lock provides self check‑in, and wifi with a dedicated workspace keeps you connected.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio to find a private pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxed afternoons or evening dips. Pool loungers line the deck for reading or sunbathing, and a BBQ grill invites casual outdoor dining. Free parking on the premises adds convenience for multiple vehicles.



Entertainment & extras

A dedicated game room offers a pool table and ping‑pong table for friendly competition. The main family room includes comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights. A washer and dryer make longer stays effortless, and the home’s layout includes two separate living areas for privacy or gathering.



Neighborhood & community amenities

Located within the ChampionsGate community, you gain access to resort‑style pools, a lazy river, a fitness center, golf facilities and more. Nearby dining options and local attractions provide easy opportunities to explore the Davenport area while still having a tranquil base to return to.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
