Totally new modern little apartment with a cozy gas fireplace, and all the amenities: Full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, super fast wifi, and convenient location to downtown or the lakefront. NESPRESSO coffee maker and coffee provided free. Walk or bike is just a few minutes to lakefront or Church Street Marketplace. One parking spot provided! 15%weekly stay discount 30%monthly!!
The space
Small one bedroom apartment on the first floor with automatic check in. One parking spot, full kitchen. All newly renovated space right downtown on North street. Guests enjoy being walkable to downtown and all Burlington has to offer.
Guest access
Punch code SELF check in with directions/ code emailed the day prior to check in, as well as the parking map and other check in details. Parking is directly outside the unit entry right off north street - If guests have multiple cars there is street parking as well.
Other things to note
This is a cute, compact, fastest wifi you can get little apartment, with nice modern details. It is located on the first floor of a fairly busy street right downtown in the Old North End- so much is available within walking distance. Also the Waterfront is about 6 blocks away.

This apartment was the perfect place to stay and enjoy Burlington. It was extremely clean and well stocked ( yea for Nespresso!)The bed was quit comfy as well. This really is a very nice place to stay!

Easy kitchen to work in and a very comfortable space. Easy walk to Church Street and the waterfront. Highly recommend renting e-bikes and riding the bike trail on the waterfront.

This apartment is adorable! The location was perfect - we parked in the designated spot and didn’t drive again during our visit. We walked to the lake, the bike rental shop, restaurants, coffee shops, and a local farmers market. The bed was comfy, the kitchen is roomy and we cooked a couple meals there.

Absolutely beautiful apartment! All new appliances and freshly renovated. Everything was super clean and well kept. Everything you could need: coffee, condiments, bath products, and towels. Sam and Errin thought of everything. Would love to check out their other places too!

Great place to stay in Burlington! The location is ideal with so many great restaurants, shopping options and bars in walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Nespresso in the morning with everything necessary for a morning coffee. Highly recommend and would rebook the next time we’re in Burlington.

Especially great place to stay. Close to everything. Air conditioner kept it comfortable for us and our Newfoundland dog, Truffle. Plenty of room to cook, relax and sleep. Equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.
