Beautiful condo on the 9th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool, beach and ocean. Perfect for views and pelican flights. Condo is tastefully furnished in high end furniture decor. WiFi included. Big screen smart TV and recliner. All linens including beach towels included. Master BR has king sized bed, 2nd bedroom has 2nd king made of 2 twins with a topper that can convert to twins if needed. Complete kitchen includes microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, range w/oven, refrigerator with ice maker. Full size washer/dryer in unit. Lobby is secured with coded entry. Underground secured parking garage wi.th one space and one space on the parking deck.

Great Condo to rent.

The Condo is on the ninth floor and has a great view of the ocean, beach and pool. If you want to Daytona or Flagler Beach both are a few minuets drive. Public, Chinese and pizza place are just across the road. We enjoyed it so much we are adding another day to our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect oceanfront vacation

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, with all amenities and needs provided. The owner was easy to contact and pleasant to work with. The view was amazing! We watched the sunrise every morning and spent nearly all day on the beach. Even during the weekends, the beach was not crowded. The other building occupants were condo-owners or families, like us -- everyone was considerate and conscientious. The town of Ormond-by-the-Sea has everything you could want, but none of the tourist trappings of Daytona, wonderful restaurants and Publix right across the street. We can't wait until next summer for our next stay.

Very spacious, well kept Condo in GREAT LOCATION, amazing view, quiet beach area. Needed items were readily provided in Condo, even for the beach. Easy instructions for arrival and departure. 9th Floor Center unit-Seawinds

This unit is ready for occupancy, has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms have plenty of towels and bedrooms have extra linen. This unit is the only unit on the floor that has an private sitting area on the Porch/hallway, facing west, so grab the private folding chairs stored in the assigned parking, to fulling enjoy this late afternoon sun and watch the sun set. The whole complex is small and is quiet. Plenty of parking and a secure garage with assigned spot. A very convenient location to restaurants and groceries, can walk.

Awesome - Beautiful condo makes for wonderful vacations, year after year!!

My wife and I have rented from this owner a number of years. Always a very clean condo. Beautiful accommodations. Easy access to beach. Secured underground parking space. Close by shopping and restaurants. Kim Patterson (owner) is very easy to work with. Love the large balcony overlooking the gorgeous ocean!! Seriously all you need to pack is your swimsuit and your sunscreen. We can't wait for our next trip.
