We absolutely loved this property and cannot wait to go back!! The owners were friendly and gave us tons of information before we arrived. The view was astounding and we loved the infinity pool and water access.

This was an excellent property. Location was perfect and close to everything Red Hook. It is away from the cruise ship ports, which we liked. The pool was awesome and the communication from the property owner was spot on. Awesome week in St. Thomas and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at ‘Sea La Vie’ in Red Hook. The views from the house were beautiful, overlooking the water. On the first morning, we woke up to two rainbows that had formed over the water. We were even able to watch cruise ships arrive and depart from the island in the far distance. The house was very well equipped with kitchen items and beach accessories, such as beach chairs and a coolers.The pool was absolutely lovely and very relaxing with gorgeous views.

USVI Getaway

Perfect place for two couples. Close to Red Hook for amenities and the ferry to St John. Having to pool and watching the sunsets each night was perfect. The stairs down to the water is also an enjoyable place to soak in the views. Little tricky getting in/out of the water there, but worth it as the snorkeling was great. David was very helpful in describing the location, making suggestions on things to do, places to eat and planning around cruise ship days. Would highly recommend this for the layout, pool, sunset views, location and overall vacation.

The view was beautiful and the pool was just as beautiful! The beds were super comfortable and the interior was everything I needed and expected. The privacy was also very pleasing. The only downside was there was no railing on the stairs down to the floor to the front door. But besides that all was great :)! I am definitely coming again in the future.

On a hill AND on the water!

The pool and view are awesome! its a workout on the steps leading to and from beach but I did it several times a day! I didn't notice anyone on the floor above. Its perfect for a family with kids but maybe tight quarters for 2 couples. but once you're outside who cares! the owner was easy to get hold of with any questions about the island! excellent price too!

We stayed for one week (2 adults and 2 children - 12 and 13 yrs). Location is easy to find with GPS. You will need a car. Located in Red Hook area with shopping, beaches and dining near by. Everything is perfectly as described. Very clean and neat. Owner contact was great and easy. We loved the stay and would come back anytime. Used the pool a lot. There is access to the sea with a beautiful sitting area. Actually getting into the water is difficult. While jumping in isn't so hard, getting back out is, due to the rocks and sea urchins. Better take a swim at a nearby beach. We loved the privacy. The accomodation is actually a large guest appartment of the owner (owners rooms are a level above), but totally seperate.

Absolutely Perfect!

As beautiful as the pictures are they just don't compare to the actual thing. It is truly a magical place with unbelievable views. Went there for my wedding anniversary and we were amazed during the whole stay, it really felt like a honeymoon. And if you go with kids, it is perfect for that too as the two rooms have amazing views and are on opposite sides of the unit, so privacy is not an issue and there are no compromises with the scenery. The owner was very attentive and communicative since the very first moment we booked. Providing background, suggestions, advice, places to visit, etc. Really made us feel like we knew each other from long time ago, Thank you for being so responsive before, during and after our stay : ) Location in RedHook area is great as you have access to lots of places from quick snacks, restaurants, bars, marina, groceries, etc. I personally prefer RedHook area over Charlotte-Amelie, it just feels more vacation-like, and not so much as a city, if you know what I mean. The unit itself was spotless! Everything worked, everything at the right place, the WiFi, the A/Cs, backup power in the house, the grill, the beach stuff that you can use, the owner really thought of every detail... and then there is the infinity edge pool... Oh the pool... the jewel of the crown. It's like its been taken out of a movie set. We are grateful we found Sea La Vie! Just book this place you won't regret it.

This villa was truly paradise! We loved the location which was so close to Red Hook and very convenient for excursions. Also, the infinity pool was simply gorgeous and delightful to relax at. There are steps to the ocean with amazing snorkeling right there. We saw so many fish. Urchins, coral, and sharks! Yes sharks! They were nurse sharks and very docile. Very cool to swim with them. We named one Craig. He was very curious. There were beach chairs we could take to beaches and beach towels at the property. The owner David gave us a very detailed account of the island including places to visit/good restaurants to eat at, which was so helpful! If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Island Bliss

The view from this home is so awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the pool or on the deck looking out over the ocean. The place was just perfect for two couples. We had everything we needed and throughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was so helpful. He gave us all kinds of information and tips before we arrived and was very responsive. If we were to go back to St. Thomas, it would be hard to not go right back to this house. It was also only a few miles from the ferry to St. John. Thanks to the owner for sharing your piece of island bliss with us.
