NOISE MONITORING
We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold. We will unfortunately have to ask guests to leave if noise levels reach a level where the monitors continue to alert us with no remedy. Being a good neighbor of the city and on our block is very important to us.

HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book!!!!!
>No parties
>No events
- No Fireworks, Glitter, nor Confetti is permitted
>No smoking inside - we have a smoke detector that monitors smoke (vape, marijuana, cigarettes) - zero tolerance and a $750 fine if it alerts us of smoking in the home
>No storage of marijuana on the property. If there is any hint of tobacco or marijuana, we will charge a $750 FEE to bring in an air-neutralizer.
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)

>Anyone at the property must be included in the original booking request or confirmed with the host prior to the stay. No UNAUTHORIZED guests - violation of this rule will result in TERMINATION of the reservation without refund
