A/C wasn’t working upon arrival. Reached out to owner and they immediately had technician there to work on, while they weren’t able to get it working, she immediately moved us to a new room. The only drawback to these units is there is no washer or dryer.

We’re genuinely sorry to see a 3-star review, especially given the effort our team made to respond promptly to an unexpected issue that was unfortunately out of our control. As soon as we were made aware of the AC issue, we had someone on-site quickly to assess the situation. While it was unfortunate that parts were not immediately available, we were very fortunate to have another nearly identical unit available and were happy to move you there without hesitation. Regarding the washer and dryer, the original unit booked did not include those amenities, so the alternate unit was consistent in that regard. We always strive to make our guests as comfortable as possible, and it’s disappointing that this experience didn’t fully meet your expectations.
