Steps from the beach and the Cedros Design District, this stunning coastal property offers resort-style living on the ocean bluffs of Solana Beach. The unit has a contemporary design aesthetic and features high ceilings, wood floors and updated appliances throughout. Includes a large master suite, guest bedroom, and optional 3rd bedroom/office (not enclosed) along with a patio and deck with a peek-a-boo ocean view.
Seascape Sur is a secure, gated community with a parking garage, two parking spots and ample storage. Walk to dining and shopping along Coast Hwy 101, take a stroll to Cedros Design District, and enjoy the beach just outside the community. Amenities include two pools/jacuzzis, tennis courts and clubhouse.
