The house was very clean and as described. The host was very responsive with a few minor issues we had with the A/C. We had plenty of room to spread out with two families plus two grandmothers. The house had everything we needed. Beach access #3 is just a short drive down the road and provided convenient access to the beautiful beach.

Great place!

Our party of 5 stayed here for 2 weeks. The house was clean and spacious, AC is insane, which is wonderful for the humid months!! We had only one very minor issue with the dishwasher and the owner took care of it immediately. Will definitely stay here soon if we travel back to the Gulf again!

Family Beach Vacay

We had such a great time. The space was exactly what we needed. One room for the 4 girls. The bunk room for the 7 boys and 2 rooms for the parents of all those aldultish children. LOL The house was clean and comfy. You could easily walk or ride the bikes down to the beach,it wasn’t too far.

The property was nice and accommodates a large group well. There could have been a mat at entrance to house from the garage to catch sand on shoes. Also vent in second floor back bedroom needs to be checked.

Our extended family of 13 stayed at this property for 7 nights. The house accommodates 4 families comfortably and it was a great bang for your buck.Location was good with a 5 minute car ride to the public beach and sunset grill restaurant. The community pool was small (can accommodate 13 people max which is small given that it’s a community pool). The good thing is that the pool is two houses away from the property.While the house was clean upon arrival, the garage had a lot of flies given the trash bins are stored in there and there was some trash that wasn’t ours.Also the house can be better equipped with beach towels (especially for those families flying in), basic spices in the pantry like salt, pepper, oil, etc. we’ve stayed in plenty of beach VRBOs that have these. Also, there weren’t dinner plates and only two coffee mugs. A big plus was that property management was super responsive with an AC that wasn’t working properly but they came right away to fix it. We also asked for a late check out which they accommodated!Overall it was a good stay!
