Overall a Nice Stay

The cabin is in a good location and we enjoyed the fire pit. We did not want to be near a busy Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge to visit GSMNP so the location was good for us. We let the owner know the furnace filters needed changing...the inside cabin air was just a bit dusty for our allergies. You also need to bring some hangers if you need them as there were only three in the cabin. Also know that WiFi is weak if you need it. While we typically like to detach while away, we like to search restaurants and had less than 10 mbps. Communication with the owner was great.

Refreshing stay at mountain retreat…

The cabin was set in a very relaxing area with mixed terrain for lovely walks. A fire pit on the property made a perfect place to make memories any time of the day or night. Lots of woods was hospitably provided by the host so we didn’t have to bring any with us. Neighborhood was very friendly as well!!

Just as perfect as the pictures!

Our first time in the mountains and couldn’t have picked a better cabin to stay at. My boys 9&12 loved having their own space upstairs. The couch is the best after a long day exploring. Already planning another trip to stay

Basic Cabin

This cabin meets all the basic needs. If you are looking for something extra, this cabin is not going to fit the bill. If you have anyone sleeping in the loft area, be ready to hear EVERYTHING going on up there from the downstairs bedroom (so if you have small kids, this is great). One suggestion, bring your own pillows, the ones at the cabin are not great. All in all, it was fairly clean, the cabin is solid (it could use some appliance updates) and was some place to sleep between adventures.

You got all of my money...but I didn't get all of your amenities!!!

The stay was great! Nice cabin with jetted tub, fire pit, pool table and more. My only problem was that we found out that the internet was not working. So the next day we contact the cabin owner about the internet. Now she did give us a 800 number to call, and I did...but to no avail the internet still didn't work. So they said they would have to send out a technician. She asked if we would be there, and I told her yes we would, we will be here all day. Great she says I'll do my best to get someone out there. We'll nobody showed up, and when we were checking out Sunday the internet starting working. So we has to go the whole weekend with the internet, and binge watching a few shows we wanted to watch. Now I asked the lady if we could get some kind of refund, and she said that she did everything she could to try and get it fixed, and I told her I appreciate that...but she said no. So I told her that it should've been working before I even arrived, and she said that she agreed...but to no avail she still denied me any kind of refund. So I don't think it's rite that you received all of the money for me to rent the cabin...but when I get there I don't get all that I'm suppose to get in return. To top it off the back porches were covered with spider webs. It was not comfortable sitting out on the porches. So I wouldn't even stay at this place ever again. We didn't leave a mess or the cabin in any kind of disarray, and all the garbage was emptied and towels, sheets and things were where they were suppose to be. So why is it that you get all my money, and I don't get all of your amenities??? DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

Secluded and Quiet

Loved our stay. Must be careful driving the roads to get to the cabin. Thecabin was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.

Great cabin and great location!

Our family had an amazing time at the cabin. Our 2 kids, ages 8 and 11, loved the whole upstairs area. They played pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Our son was happy to take the bunk bed and our daughter was happy to have the other bed to herself. The location was perfect for our trip-it was about 20 mins to Pigeon Forge and about 30 mins to Gatlinburg. The roads to get to the cabin are curvy and increasing in elevation and the last part is gravel and only enough room for 1 car. But we became accustomed to it quickly and we loved that it was secluded. Unfortunately it had rained a little bit every day, so we were unable to use the fire pit since it was too wet.

Very nice cabin

The location was perfect for me! It's close enough to town but you have a pretty drive to get there. Loved the firepit area! Only quirk for me was the loft right above the bedroom lol We had 2 teen girls and the floors are very squeaky.... lots of privacy and plenty of open windows!

Cabin in the woods

We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin. It is located off of a gravel road in a wooded setting with mountain views. The location is very peaceful. The cabin was a nice place to come back to each night to relax and forget about the world. Karen, the property owner, was very responsive to any question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great mountain getaway!

Our stay was everything we expected. Cabin was extremely clean and accommodating. Would love to stay here again some day. If I could make one suggestion, the driveway is a little hard to see for the downward angle of it, a sign out by Pebbles Mountain Way designating the address would be an awesome addition. Very much enjoyed our ten year anniversary here!!

Wonderful Cabin and stay !

My wife and myself had a wonderful time at this cabin up on the mountain on our 34 year anniversary .far enough from everyone but not to far away from downtown areas. Cabin was clean and everything we needed was there, Karen reached out and made sure everything was good with recommendations on dinner. Will stay again in the future !

we enjoyed the fact that everyone had there own beds and the family really enjoyed the pool table . Loved the fact it was so far out of town. A couple of suggestions would be put a sign out bye drive to show address and if you gonna cook pizza you will need to bring or buy your own pizza pan .

Other then the cleanliness of the Cabin and it being smaller than what we thought (pictures made it look bigger), but it was cute and cozy. We loved the fire pit area and spent our nights utilizing it. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing stay!

What a wonderful hideaway for our family! The 5 of us wanted a two-night get-away and found just the perfect place! One of our favorite things about the cabin was the sectional sofa where we could all sit and visit, watch TV, talk about upcoming wedding plans with our oldest son and his fiance, or sip coffee by the fireplace. Unfortunately, it rained on Saturday, so we didn't get to enjoy the lovely firepit, but we hope to do that on a return visit. The view from both balconies is just incredible! We also loved that the master bedroom/bath is downstairs and the loft housed the perfect amount of bedding for our 3 grown kids and they had access to the pool table. The shower in the master bath is so nice and roomy and reminded me of home. Thank you for sharing your home!
