There are no cameras inside the home or in any private or recreational areas, such as the pool or patio.

Family gathering

Our stay was very enjoyable. Plenty of space for everyone. Grandkids loved the disney themed rooms and decor. Hosts were available to answer any questions quickly. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This property listing was good but needed some updating, especially one of the mattresses. Kitchen needed more dish towels. Overall we were pleased with location and the host.

Great home away from home

We stayed with two other families (old friends from college). This was a great place to come and relax after a long day at the parks. We enjoyed being able to make dinners for our group, and swimming in the pool after a warm day in the Florida sun. On our rest days the kids enjoyed going to the community waterpark.

Great house, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this delightful, roomy house. The pool was bonus after a long day at Disney World. Owners were quick to respond to questions or concerns. Loved how close Disney was to us (10 minute drive). The Walmart down the street was so convenient and had everything we needed. (Get your Disney ears and shirts here!!) Great house, great location!

Great!

We had a great experience, lovely clean home, wish we could have stayed longer! Really close to Disney, shopping, & restaurants. The kids spent most of their time in the game room, pool, & going to the club house. Having the stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, and bath towels was great! The owners were just a text away for questions. This was our first experience with a rental home and we’d do it again in a heartbeat! It was much more relaxing in a home than a hotel room. Thanks again!

Colantoni family Vacation

Our stay at the house was wonderful. Location was excellent. It was close to the parks and Walmart was 2 blocks away. We used the pool at the house and also the water park and pool on the grounds. The only complaint my family and I had was that the mattresses on all the beds were terrible. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch because we were unable to sleep on the mattress that was in the bedroom downstairs. Overall, the house was very nice and quiet and my family of 12 had the space we needed.

Florida Family Trip

We were a family of 11 travelling from all over. We had a wonderful stay. We even had guests allowed that we knew visit for the day with ease. Elias allowed us to enter the community since we arrived earlier than check in - so we used the pool until 4pm. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. There was ample space for 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 3 to 9. The extra kids space in the garage area (all insulated) was wonderful and they enjoyed it. Ample rooms, bathrooms, etc. The pool was great and gated. We just wish there was a BBQ on site. Elias was prompt in his communication and really easy to talk to! Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we hope to be back again.

Storytime kingdom Villa

Overall this home worked nicely for our party of 12. The rooms are spacious and amply furnished. There are some issues with wear but this can be expected with so much use. The children's bedrooms were charming and the kids loved gathering in the space themed room with the slide! The game room was also a big hit. The pool area could have received a little help as it hadn't been totally fixed from the huricane. We were able to only use it one time due to cold temperatures. That being said, the Resort pool was wonderful and used several times, although the slide was out of commission due to renovations. One word of caution...We were told by a neighbor that his car had been vandalized and some computer equipment was stolen. As safe as it seems don't leave items of value in your auto!! One suggestion to the Management team. We would have found it helpful to have all rental instructions in one location rather than throughout the home! We enjoyed our stay and found the property clean. Elias and Tanya were wonderful to work with.

Serious Safety code violations

Our kids and grandkids picked this house out of many because of the theme rooms and pool. When arriving everything looked great until we looked closer. Code Violations When we got to the pool area some of the deck had settled leaving holes and tripping hazards. Looking closer at everything the pool main drains were old broken and not to code to protect swimmers from entrapment and drowning. This is a federal safety requirement for all pools. Two a/c 240 volt electric boxes with no covers and terminals exposed. Wires from the a/c coming up out of the ground with wire nuts No smoke detector in one of the kids bedroom Slider door handle missing with a sharp metal burr exposed Brick retaining wall that was falling over with loose top cap About 6 pool screens that were ripped and flapping in the breeze In the house shattered TV screen in game room Broken drawers in downstairs bathroom Melted hair dryer in bathroom When we were leaving checking around for things found dead bugs and food under couches We did call the owner first day and someone came the next day to put mats over the holes in the deck replace one of the four drain covers in the spa and repaired some of the screens. Our kids and grand kids wanted to stay and we didn't want to go thru all the hassle of looking for a new place and losing a day or 2 of our vacation so we stayed and had to very closely watch the kids. So much for the relaxing stress free family vacation. When we went in the pool we shut off the pump so much for the extra payed forpool heat We could not let the kids play out side because of the electric panel, wires out of the ground and loose wall. We should not have had to waste our time and effort telling the owners about all of this and have to adjust our vacation to stay and keep our family safe in their home. They said we don't live close by so can't always check the house. This is not an except-able standard or answer. We have stayed in other vrbo homes and have never experienced anything like this. Our daughter did dye her hair in the upstairs bathroom and got some on the sink and vanity which we were not happy she did not tell us had to find out from the owners about. The pictures they sent don't really show the couple of spots on the sink and one spot on the counter but we know these can be removed like we have had to do at home. We would expect a small fee for this and not loose all of deposit as they want a complete replacement. EXTRA CREDIT CARD FEE ADDED FINALPAYMENT

Large spacious house. Great for a large family ! Granddaughters loved the princess room and the infant crib in the master was a great added feature. The close proximity to and from Disney World was so convenient!!!!! So relaxing to sit in the pool after a long day at the park. Just wish they had a little more frying pans. Some of the dinning chairs .needed some TLC a couple of them had stains.

The house was as pictured and the kids loved the themed bedrooms and the playhouse. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with the washing machine which didn’t get fixed. We made due. We would recommend this property to anyone with kids and a big family. The kids loved the pool.

We had a great time overall but the oven doesn’t heat up right. You can’t read the numbers on oven or microwave. The ice machine doesn’t work on the fridge. There was sticker plants and stars coming off in the kids buzz lighter room. We made the best of it and the water park was awesome. The kids loved everything!

Orlando Adventure

Very pleased with the home, location in proximity to Disney parks and shopping. Our family also thoroughly enjoyed the water park during our off days between visiting the Disney Parks. Easy to locate from the airport and other Orlando attractions.

Family vacation

Home is very large & accommodated our group nicely. Beds could use being replaced but for short stay where ok. Great playroom for the little ones but the pool was a hit for everyone. Close to attractions.

Family vacation

It was the accuracy of the description of the property for me.

From booking, to communication, to the themed bedrooms, this property was everything for my family and I. My daughter had the best Birthday ever! She wanted Disney and this property gave just that. I would definitely book again. The location was so convenient.

Very old and very poor maintainance

Very old home with lots of maintenace issues. Entrance Door lock doesnt work. Switches are open, high risk to kids. Air condition didnt for 2/4days. Definetly good home but super old which needs lots of repairs.
