We appreciate you bringing the issues with the sewer vent, strollers, sofa, and trash can to our attention, and please know that we have addressed these concerns with our maintenance team to ensure they are promptly rectified for future guests. At Wonder Vacation Homes, guest safety and comfort are our top priorities, and your input helps us improve continuously. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found our communication helpful and that you enjoyed the beauty and upkeep of the home overall. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise or property wear and tear you experienced. Please note that while we manage the specific home you stayed in, we do not have control over the behavior of other guests in the complex. However, we take all feedback seriously and will address the maintenance concerns you mentioned to ensure a better experience for future guests. Best regards, Wonder Vacation Homes

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. We always aim to provide a well-maintained and comfortable experience for our guests. Regarding the AC concern, we did respond promptly by sending our technician, who confirmed via photo that the vent was blowing at 72°F. Still, we understand that comfort is subjective, and we're sorry it didn’t feel cool enough during your visit. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the dryer and for any miscommunication about the follow-up on the furnace filter — we’ll be addressing this with our maintenance team to ensure better consistency moving forward. As for the scuff marks — they can be a result of normal wear and tear, but we’re always working on keeping our homes in top condition and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you again for your comments, they help us improve. — Wonder Vacation Homes
