The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to disposal of glass bottles, walk to the beach and on the left side you see where to put it. Empty fridge except from long lasting products like ketchup, dressing unopened packages.
Put out black garbage bin on the other side of the street Thursday evening. On departure please lock the door and leave the key in the masterlock in the washing room. Code 7575. Exit by the cargate
Please leave the bedlinen in the beds and used shower towels in the bath tub. Please was and tumle dry the beach towels and put back in the beach bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We purchased this lovely farmhouse cottage house 2005 and we have renovated it all in a farmhouse cosy style 2023.
Our place has all you need for a relaxing family holiday!

Square Dulys which is around the corner offers, bakery, supermarket, wineshop, a few restaurants and bus stop ( buses to Cannes, Nice airport, Antibes, Sophia Antipolis etc.)

The house is very rare and the garden is an oasis with mandarine tree and palm tree.
200 meters to the lovely beaches.
You will not need a car, everything is accessible by walking or taking the bus / train.
Bus stop ( Square Dulys) 200 m from the house and the airport bus (82) bus to Antibes ( A) and Cannes 620.
30 min from Nice airport.
