All FUNCHAL visitors (even children) must be registered using their ID (data above or copy needed for approval) including children.

CHECK-IN is on-site, from 8am to midnight
Please avoid flights arriving between midnight and 8:00 AM
CHECK-OUT on-site, until midday; a double final cleaning fee may be asked after that time

EXTRA COSTS IN CASH
- MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX (2€/day.pers for max.7 days i.e. 14€/person over 13 YO
- CLEANING FEE over one week stay: weekly cleaning mandatory 65€/week (See local regulations)
We shall schedule weekly cleaning (very trustable person have the keys for the scheduled time) and inform you the date/hour and amount to pay in cash.
Please make cleaning safe & easy for everyone (weekly and upon departure):
- Keep your belongings out of the surfaces to be cleaned (textiles, papers, shoes, etc.)
- Release the room being cleaned.
- Waste must be taken out in appropriate containers outdoors every day (to avoid insects).
- No dirty dishes in the kitchen, place into the dishwasher available.
- Linen stocks: do not manipulate the stocks. Linen is provided by staff.

Note: Please note that local fauna is not dangerous, mainly birds, insects & lizards but implies daily food and bins management
