DORAL PENTHOUSE 7: Breathtaking views of an endless coastline can be yours from this Penthouse 17th Floor balcony! The Beach Club is a luxury resort located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, far from the crowds, but offers a casual fine dining to burgers by the pool plus shopping and ice cream and coffee bars, golfing options are close by, plus the historic Fort Morgan and Mobile Bay Ferry. The living room and master bedroom adjoins the spacious furnished balcony which overlooks the sparkling Doral pool and hot tub.
The condo sleeps 6 in beds. The bedding arrangement is King in primary, Queen in first guest room, 2 Twins in the second guest room, and a sofa sleeper. The beds are made with white linen, and a set is provided for the sofa. Bath linen is provided along with a "one day" supply of toiletries, tissue paper & detergents. Please bring beach towels, make up removal wipes, your disposable goods, more toilet tissue and toiletries.

The condo was as advertised! Everything, from the booking to the actual stay, exceeded my expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo's quality was excellent. The balcony views and furniture created a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Great unit but needs a facelift 😊
This is a well-located property with good potential. The accommodations were comfortable, particularly the beds, which provided excellent sleep quality. We would consider staying here again based on the overall experience.
There are a few areas that would benefit from attention to enhance the guest experience. The living room furniture is showing significant wear and would benefit from replacement or refurbishment. The seating was not comfortable for extended use. Additionally, the dresser in the twin bedroom has functionality issues - the drawers are difficult to operate, making it impractical for storing belongings during our stay.
While these issues may seem minor, they do impact the overall quality of the accommodation. For potential renters, it’s worth noting these limitations when planning your stay. The property has solid fundamentals, and addressing these maintenance items would significantly improve the guest experience.
Despite these concerns, the unit has good bones and serves its primary purpose well. With some targeted improvements, this could be an excellent rental property.

The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A stack washer/dryer is in the utility closet near the kitchen. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents.
If you book this condo, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower and you may patron the fine casual dining restaurant on the second floor of the clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of the clubhouse, plus, the shops and sports bar & grill near the entry of the property, and charcoal grills without additional fees.
The owner is a member of the Clubhouse, and the private amenities are available with a daily fee of $45 per condo, not per person, which is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk for the only the days you choose, if any. The clubhouse amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and children's activities.
Seasonally, you may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas but must be removed each night. Amenities at Beach Club are seasonal. Usually, at least one restaurant with a bar is open year-round. The rental rate is based on the season. Typically, all amenities are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A fireworks display is scheduled for the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, when weather permits.
