The house was absolutely for my husband and myself and our 2 pups (lab and boxer) - we loved being able to explore the property on the mowed paths, the dogs were so excited about it every day! A lovely, completely private gem on 10 acres! My husband and I spent the weekend here with our two dogs, who loved to tromp around the yard and woods. I had coffee on a cute bench in the yard each morning and listened to the birds. Super close to Grand Marais and tons of hiking trails. Comfortable bed and furniture. Small, well equipped kitchen. A PERFECT spot--highly recommend!

The owners put so much thought and care in their property. It was extremely clean and the owners wemt out of their ways to accommodate for our dog by filling water in the dog bowl and setting out yummy dog treats. We would definitely stay again...Thanks again for the wonderful place to stay!

Really enjoyed your quiet oasis. Quick trip into town & easy to get to other locations along the lake. Didn’t think a heated toilet seat would be so enjoyable. Cozy cabin

North Shore Getaway

This property was delightful. A great place in the woods. We had our dogs along and they loved it. Katie was a wonderful host and was very prompt at responding to questions. The cabin had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here to get the North Shore experience!
