Southern exposure, lanai enclosed large deck, heated pool (heat pump), with awesome view of canal with river view, enjoy your morning coffee watching the boats sailing by!

2 Kayaks available to enjoy the canal, fun fishing off the side of the canal. Fishing rods available for fishing from the dock! Dolphin and manatee sightings! Guests love its cul-de-sac location, very quiet retired neighbors. Tables, chairs, lounge chairs, & BBQ, are there for your comfort.

Quiet cul de sac, three large bedrooms/bath on one side, MB & Bath, walk-in closet on other side for privacy! Heated pool great for lap swimming or just floating, water toys, lounge chairs. Outdoor dining set overlooking pool and canal. Barb-b-que. Open concept, large island overlooking living area, with vaulted ceilings giving a sense of spaciousness. Indoor garden to enhance ambiance. Dolphin and manatee sightings!

Beautiful location. Close to shops and right on the canal. Having morning coffee while sitting by the canal was amazing. Saw dolphins swimming in the canal. The pool was great. Very relaxing sitting by the pool and watching all the boats going by in the canal. The house was clean and very nice. Felt like we were at home. Great communication with the host and was on top of everything. We will definitely look to book this place for future trips.
