The property is newly renovated and looks great. A convenient location; 1 mile to the beach and just over a mile to downtown. Host is very responsive and accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay

House was just as pictured. We came without a car. The walk to the bus transfer and many Cape Coral businesses is 9 blocks - 20 minutes. We were in good enough shape to do that. After traveling and sightseeing all day, that's a long walk back.. Suggestions: have a couple of simple bikes in the garage to use for riding around town and going to the Yacht Club beach. Nice neighborhood.

Suited our needs.

The property is in a good location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very comfortable furnishings. We like the reading room with many books. One thing that needs to be taken off. The property. Description is the hot tub. There isn’t one currently. The host was very prompt in any communications we had with him. We had a good trip point.

Great Location and great home

Pictures are identical to what we found. A couple of suggestions - you could put a pump hand soap in the bathroom, leave more toilet paper (we ended up having to buy more), provide a kettle (we are tea drinkers), didn’t find the ironing board (found the iron and a new ironing board cover), and also leave a few individual packets of laundry detergent. These are pretty standard things in most VRBO homes. One other thing, in your amenities, you list a spa whirlpool, we didn’t see one on the property. You should probably update your listing. Overall, great spot for our short stay in Cape Coral. Thank you!!!
