We stayed during the middle of October, and the weather was perfect! The location of this suite couldn’t have been better — it’s on the bottom floor and opens right up to the swimming pool, which made it so easy to feed our children or change them whenever needed. Everything was super convenient and accessible. The easy pool access was a huge bonus, and this spot truly had everything we needed. We will most definitely be renting this place again!

Another Great Stay

Las Palomas was great as always and the exact room was perfect and accurately represented in the pictures. The patio and access to the pool and beach were worth the increased price. Condo has great assess to the pool, beach and bar. Patio is huge. Beds comfortable, unit very clean and had everything we needed for a beach getaway. Bunk room certainly a bonus and perfect for kids!

Family trip

I have been going to Las Palomas for over 10 years, staying in phase I every time and I have to say this is one of my favorite condos. The location is fantastic. Close to garage, and close to the amenities. The host was very in touch and easily accessible. We will book again here in the future.

Great 1st floor condo

We had a great experience in this condo. Spacious 1st floor condo in a great location. We’ve stayed in other 1st floor condos at Las Palomas and this was by far the best. The location to the pools and the beach was amazing. I’ll definitely be looking to book this condo again in the future. The owner was very communicative and check in was a breeze. The room has sufficient supplies and was wonderful overall.

What an amazing Property!

We loved our condo! It was perfect for 2 families. First floor is a MUST. Super kid friendly All around. We plan on coming every year now and staying here. We do recommend bringing your own food and cooking. The resort food is pretty bad. We were warned about that but still wanted to try it. Overall, it was the perfect experience with the property!

Another great stay at Las Palomas

We absolutely love this unit! This is our second time booking the ground floor Diamonte unit and we love it! The patio is huge and so convenient to store tubes and towels. We never feel like we have to haul everything to the pools since this unit is so close. Everything was very clean, exactly as described and the kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes and appliances we needed to do some cooking. We have stayed in several other units at Las Palomas and this is BY FAR our favorite!

Beautiful- HUGE Patio

We were to stay for 4 nights but unexpectedly had to leave after 1. Which was a huge bummer 💸 🌅 😭 . We’d love to return though, it’s a great location on the ground floor and the patio is ridiculously big!

Amazing patio!

We had a lot of fun staying here and our kids (9 and 6) had a blast! The very best thing about this unit was the patio. It was huge and was so convenient to everything. We could sit on the patio and watch the kids go down the water slide. We were also here with friends and it was really convenient for everyone to be able to store their tubes and things on our patio and meet up to hang out in the evenings. We loved being on the ground floor and not having to deal with elevators and all of our stuff. We would definitely try to book early and book this exact unit again.

Great location, but a little out dated as far as structural goes.

This property was in a great location, end unit to be exact. Definitely made it easier to go back & forth from the pool/beach. However, the inside was a bit worn structurally, i.e. water damage on ceiling, walls, the cold water on one of the sides in the master bath didn't work, the toilet dispenser was broke and the hardware on the showers were loose. It just needs a little TLC. Otherwise, a great vacation was had.

The Condo is nice but the housekeeping services are not up to expectations. In addition be sure to bring Extra Paper towels, coffee filters and Dishwasher tablets because housekeeping does not provide any extra. There is a small store on the property to purchase additional supplies but in my opinion these are customary amenities that should be replenished daily. The property overall is very nice and the staff is very friendly.

Condo was great for what we needed. Location of condo can't be beat. Walk right out to the pool. The patio is huge, but furniture was all very rusty. There are def some easy touch ups in the condo that could be done to make it a bit nicer, but nothing that really impacts anything other than the aesthetics of the condo. Beds were really comfortable and loved having thermostats for the A/C in each of the rooms. We didn't use stove/kitchen at all other than to store a few things in the fridge. I slept in the master suite and other than a little noise later at night, did not hear anything but the other room has a window that looks out to the walkway and my other guest said it was pretty noisy at times with people coming and going. We didn't use the additional room with the twin bed, but loved that it had the option if my son had wanted it. My biggest complaints have nothing to do with the condo itself and are out of the owner's control, but want to make aware for others. Service at the pool bar was horrible. I saw one lady order 3 times, twice from the same guy, and still had no drinks after 10 minutes meanwhile the guy had served at least 2 other people that had come after her (and this was before it got busy). People come down early & put towels out to save chairs so by 9:30-10 AM, all the chairs are taken. They need to enforce not doing this. There were a few long, dark hairs in the bathroom. Could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall, would recommend.
