Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We're following all CDC guidelines to disinfect & clean.

THIS HOME FEATURES:

- Keyless entry (no key to carry around)

- Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, pots and pans, dishes, glasses. Appliances include dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave.

- Coffee maker and blender are also available. Starter pack of Coffee and sugar are provided.

- Living room has Smart TV with plenty of apps for your enjoyment and a Pool Table!

-Work space available in the master bedroom

- High-speed internet

- Laundry room with washer and dryer and laundry supplies

BEDROOMS
- Master bedroom features a King size bed and CONVERTIBLE SOFA, Smart TV, double sinks and walk-in closet. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, shampoo and conditioner provided for your convenience.

- Bedroom 2 has queen size bed and large closet

- Bedroom 3 has queen size bed

Fans are also in every room!

- Backyard features a sparkling pool, covered patio with outdoor dining set, lounge chairs and BBQ grill.

- Pack-n-play baby crib and a high chair are also available.

Guest have access to entire house and backyard. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway.

Note: For your safety, security, and quiet enjoyment, there is camera surveillance in the front and back yard, and there is noise monitoring devices in the Living area and backyard. This is a city requirement.

The house itself is very clean and spacious, the outdoor area is what made this place amazing. It might not be big but the pool is deep enough for adults to enjoy a swim. The master bedroom is huge as well and the two other rooms are perfect for guest or kids

The house was very nice, the pool was amazing! It’s not heated but it was still lots of fun. We had some minor issues but the host was awesome made sure we got the things we needed. I loved the location a lot. It was away from the hustle that comes with Vegas which made it that much better. I recommend the property, the neighborhood was very nice and close to anything you would happen to need. Until next time
