1. After booking this property for 3 nights, I received the call from a man who convinced me to cancel the booking through expedia and switch to book at his website. I thought it was a scam but it turned out it was the from the host management team.
2. About a week before my arrival to the property, the host management team called me again to convince me to switch to another property which is little further out ( about 30 min driving to RIT, while the property I was booking only 15 min driving to RIT). I refused to do so. He said that if I am not flexible, he has to terminate my booking.
3. After I discussed with my husband, we decided to stay the same property and told them that if they want to terminate my booking, then let us know ASAP. He responded on the next day we can stay the same property.
4. We received the instructions how to check in and check out from the host. We booked whole house for 7 people. They only give the instructions for only 1 room. I texted the host on the day I received the instructions. I didn't receive any reply from him.
5. On the day I checked in, we opened the back door as instruction and we can only open the RM 4 which he gave the instructions. I called and texted the host. NO ANSWERE from him! I called the guy had been called me to switch the property. He received the call and told me that he would tell host send me the correct instructions.
The instructions were not clear. The ceiling in the kitchen was leaking. the toilet seat is broken.
