Newly remodeled two story cottage with open kitchen and living areas. Front porch and east facing windows have a beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay. Across the street there is a 30 ft dock for your use. Master Bedroom with adjoining full bath.
Two pull out queen sofa beds. Bring your paddleboards, kayaks and fishing poles. Cottage has WIFI and smart TV's, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and we are located within walking distance to Seabreeze, Durand Park and Irondequoit bay Marine boat launch.
