A one bedroom, one bath, contemporary home features a light filled open floor plan. Located on a perfect road for walking, running and biking. Located next door to community tennis courts, basketball courts, hiking trails and playground. The cottage is a short walk to Rockport center with its quaint shops, galleries, several beaches, restaurants and the Shalin Liu performance venue.. Amenities include full size kitchen with center island, off street parking, washer and dryer, dishwasher, air conditioner, WiFi, 32 in flat screen TV, grill and outdoor seating on a crushed stone patio. We have owned this property since 1999 when our twin daughters were just months old. My husband is an architect and a teacher at Wentworth Institute of Technology and I am a retired teacher. Our main house is on the property as well and I enjoy working in the gardens during the summer months.

We hope that you will fall in love with Cape Ann, just as we have, with all that it has to offer. The Cottage is a serene and peaceful vacation retreat.
What makes this property unique
The cottage is a walk to Old Garden Beach and a short walk to downtown Rockport. We are located near the school with tennis courts, basketball court, a track, and a large playground.
