As you enter the picturesque town of Rockport you'll pull onto a quiet gravel side street and see a quintessential cedar shingled guest house with reserved parking conveniently right out front. Pass your private patio complete with bistro set and grill and head up the stairs to your newly renovated guest suite.

Turn into the modern bathroom and you'll find a washer+dryer, stand up shower, and an additional vanity perfect for getting ready for a night out. The cozy studio makes excellent use of the space with a built in queen size bed while watching the large smart TV.

The beautiful kitchenette is equipped with all the conveniences you'll need during your stay - microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffeemaker! While you won't find a stove/oven there is no shortage of options for cooking including a toaster oven, hot plate, and airfryer. The dining area is perfect for peaceful meals inside or enjoy it on the outdoor patio! All of this is just a 5 minute walk to the beach so come back from a day in the sand and enjoy access to the outdoor shower off the main house.

Perfect fall weekend getaway outside Boston

This rental is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown Rockport with all the shops and restaurants. It also has beach access to Old Garden Beach, just a 5-minute walk down Caleb's Lane. The unit is clean and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable here and we would stay again.

This is a great accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen.Everything on the listing is accurate. Just Beautiful!

Caleb's Lane studio apartment is the perfect place to stay in Rockport! It is new, beautifully designed, and located in the perfect spot - tucked away, yet in walking distance to town. It was clean and neat and is as beautiful in person as it is in these photos. Communication with the owner was great prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be back and will pass the word to family and friends. You won't be disappointed!

Rockport Retreat

My husband and I were looking for a cute, clean, smaller property as it was just the two of us - with walking distance to shops and the ocean. This property checked off all the boxes for us! It was in a very safe and secluded spot that we felt had more than enough privacy. We walked to main street and all the shops for breakfast and dinner. Host was more than accommodating and super nice. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Exceptional Accommodation

We stayed only one night, but this is a place you could stay at for days without feeling confined. It's listed as a studio but it feels like a small apartment. Being over a detached garage, you have the privacy of a home. A perfectionist had to have done the build-out on this unit and the cleanliness could not have been any better. We stay in the Gloucester area several times per year and we would not hesitate to re-book this unit.
