The unit features a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and wifi for your entertainment and comfort. A dining nook includes a mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, while the bathroom offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Outside, you’ll find a peaceful seating area and a shared fire-pit space—ideal for cozy evenings under the stars.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet weekend getaway or a romantic escape, The Small Cabin is the perfect base for exploring the beauty and charm of Augusta’s wine country. For larger groups or families, the Large Cabin is also available on the same property, offering additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small kitchen.

House Policies & Important Information:
To ensure a comfortable and smooth stay for all guests, please note the following:

Pet Policy: This unit is not pet-friendly. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $200 fine.

No Smoking: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the cabin. A $250 fine will apply if smoking is detected indoors.

Lost Items: We are not responsible for any items left behind. If you need something returned, we charge a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.

Long-Term Stay Fee: For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after your reservation is confirmed.

Late Check-Out: Any unapproved late check-out will incur a $50 fine.

Starter Essentials: A complimentary starter pack of essentials is provided, including basic toiletries and paper products to help you settle in. For longer stays, please plan to purchase any additional items as needed.
