We only stayed one day and did not spend a whole lot of time in the cabin, but it was quaint and comfortable. In a perfect world it would have been priced a bit less (since it was the off season for wine country) but we enjoyed it either way.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Glad the cabin felt quaint and comfortable. Hope to host you again.
The area and the cabin were outstanding . We go to Augusta frequently but never stayed at an VRBO. Unfortunately there was no hot water and the bathroom sink drained very slowly . Other than that we really enjoyed this cabin ! It was affordable and very quaint .Nice and quiet and easy in and out and walkable sights close by . Would stay again !!

I’m sorry about the lack of hot water and the slow-draining sink — we passed this on to our maintenance team and was fixed right away. We appreciate the feedback and would love to host you again.

Overall great experience, nice communication, area was great. Only 2 small gripes was Hot water didnt last long, and mattress sags in the middle so the one there was not very comfortable. So just an upgrade would help next customers. But great stay overall.

Nice cozy stay for two people but there is definitely room for improvement. Arrived and quickly found stains on the top sheet. Reached out to the host to get a new top sheet and got a quick response that one would be dropped off right away. Never received the sheet that day and after reaching out a couple more times realized that the responses were auto generated. We did end up getting a new top sheet dropped off the next day. Also, for being a great spot for two people it is unfortunate that there is only one wine glass and only one chipped coffee mug.

1)While the room was quaint, it was not as pictured.2) The room never truly warmed up above 67degrees. Within an hour of my arrival until the time of my early departure, my toes felt frost bit. 3) Even though with there being a 3/4” gap between the front door and the floor board and the heating unit (which was at ceiling level🥴) never keeping up, the host inferred that this was adequate for a winter cabin. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have taken that into consideration in booking. Instead, I finally quit sitting on the cold toilet seat and just squatted over it. 4)The chocolate bar/marshmallows pictured in the info were not present. I wouldn’t have minded if there had been cream for coffee. 5) No attempt was made to clear snow in either the driveway or path to the cabin. 6) The bed is made of foam which has broken down on the side nearest to the nightstand. 7) At least twice my comments were met with a sentiment of we appreciate the info for future clients. 8) I was put off for over 4 hours after my initial contact. 9) I still have not received my refund for second day as promised.

Perfectly appointed charming square log cabin within walking distance to Katy Trail. Town is adorable, folks are friendly and surrounding hills, river bluffs and vineyards are beautiful. Dogs and I loved it.
