This little cottage was perfect! Decor was on point, bed was so comfy, patio was perfect to sit outside, and in an ideal location to explore all the winery’s in the area! Check in and out was so easy!
We had a great stay in the center of the charming town of Augusta. As for the property, we especially enjoyed the shaded porch, grill and lovely plants on the property.
This was a perfect place for my husband and I. We were able to walk to a winery and walk to the Katy Trail. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
We had a wonderful time at this house. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk everywhere It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.
We had a great stay at this cute cottage perfectly located in Augusta. Loved the charm and detail from the original house with modern comforts. Also enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

very nice
The cottage was very nice and well maintained. We had s great time staying there.
Couldn’t reach host for access code. Had to find somewhere else to go last minute.
We were supposed to get our access code the night before. Never heard from host and couldn’t reach by phone or message. Vrbo refunded our money. Had to totally change 40 th Anniversary trip last minute.
Loved the cottage! Everything was perfect. Close to Katy Trail and winery. Only downside is that there’s no food in town and if you don’t get to winery before 5 you have to drive 25 min to find food
This is an awesome cottage for two people! We had everything we needed. Love the deck. Love the location. The only negative is that there are no restaurants in town.
Stayed for 2 nights for a sister spa getaway! Perfect for us! Bed was stupid comfortable! Doors not so secure....old cottage. Neat place and the location was awesome. Will stay again!
We just needed a few days away from a busy life. The cottage was exactly as pictured. It was walking distance to cute shops, a gallery, coffee shop, cafes, a bistro and even wineries. It’s right off the Katy Trail for biking enthusiasts and short drives to various wineries/vineyards in Augusta and Defiance. We will definitely go back!
Augusta, MO is truly a magical place. You can't put a finger on what it is about the place, but it's special. The Reserve Guest Cottage is in the heart of the action. Everything is walkable and at your fingertips. There are many great B&B options, but this should be a strong consideration when choosing a place to stay.

Michigan travelors in for a wedding in Augusta
The cottage was clean and updated with a small, but efficient kitchenette (could have used a few more wine glasses as we had visitors - other friends staying at local b&bs) Cottage was conviently located in the heart of the village. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean as well as having a blow dryer available. If we were to travel out to Augusta again we would definitely book the cottage again. Kristi was also super helpful!
