Spacious Surprise Home With A Pool

My 4 bedroom home is situated in a quiet area of Surprise Arizona, a Phoenix suburb, facing a beautiful park and playground. The south west facing back yard includes a covered patio, BBQ area, fire pit, and a spacious heated pool.
The kitchen is well appointed and is open to the large family TV area with a wrap around couch and loveseat. Host dinner for your friends and family in the over-sized dining room. The main floor also contains a den with its own TV, and a three piece washroom.
The upstairs master bedroom comes with a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and double sinks in the washroom. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and the fourth has two twin beds. A three piece washroom with large linen closet also is on the upstairs floor.
Two air conditioners and a furnace keep the house at a comfortable temperature year round.
