This condo has everything to make for a memorable stay in Telluride. The convenient in-town location provides views that encompass Ingram Falls along with Ajax and Ballard mountains enjoyed through the front bay window.

Head out the back door and it's a short walk to the gondola. Out the front door head to Town Park or Main Street where shops, restaurants and entertainment are all in easy walking distance. Keep the car parked your entire stay!

The unit has a master bedroom with king size bed and private bath/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a second bathroom with tub/shower. The living area has a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and adjacent to the dining area. Washer/dryer is provided nearby on premises.

The location of the condo is amazing, especially if attending a festival in Town Park. It's also very close to Colorado Ave and close enough to the Gondola. The condo itself is relatively small and somewhat outdated, but if convenience is your goal, this is the one. Like all properties in Telluride, it's pricey, but not much you can do about that.

It's well equipped, comfortable and a short walk to Festivals, The dates rented happen to be the most sought after in town due to the Blues & Brews festival. Rates throughout Telluride reflect that. Come back to ski or spend time without a major event in town to rent from this owner who attempts to provide value to your stay in Telluride at a perfect location with views that are hard to beat.

Great location in town right off Main Street and a 3 minute walk to lifts. Owner was very helpful and had great communication. Property was well equipped with everything you would need.

A garage parking space is provided for vehicles up to a mid-size SUV. Larger vehicles or a second one can be registered by me to park in the surrounding neighborhood including available spots directly in front of the condo. Don

We had a wonderful stay in Telluride thanks to this great property. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and overall condition of this property.
