The property was incredibly beautiful and conveniently located. We genuinely loved everything about the house and property. The beds, however were not very comfortable for someone that is tall.

Liked the property and the vibe of the house. The view from the upper field was stunning. Close to both towns and the creeper trail. Only small ding is my friend who slept upstairs said the bed was not particularly comfortable.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Our family loved the farm and so did our daughter’s dog, especially with a large, fenced-in yard! The fire pit is a lovely spot to unwind at the end of the day. Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking! It is convenient to Abingdon and Damascus and both have great diners and coffee shops. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking all your meals. There are mown fields and trails all around the property and you have access to all. The sound of the river across the street is so calming. If you need a respite from the chaos of life, this is the place to go. We are looking forward to staying here again one day.

House was cute and clean but we were definitely caught off guard by the layout, the river is not on property grounds as described which was extremely disappointing not to mention unsafe to walk to on the 2 lane curvy road (and I’m from the mountains) and unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky. The listing does not specify a 2nd floor with only one sleeping area on the main floor. Our parents definitely would not have been able to go up the narrow stairs to the loft type bedroom where the 3 other beds are. Cute place for kids, but not for aging adults or my 6’7 dad. I don’t normally complain as I’ve had a vacation rental myself but this listing was not accurate. The toiletries provided is a plus and the bottle of wine is a very nice welcome gift but I think listing needs to be reworded to be accurate and the mattresses/beds need to be replaced.
