Much of the allure of a Park City vacation stems from Park City's charming historic district. Rio Grande 203 is at the nexus of everything Park City offers, located at the base of both the historic district and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. Walk in/ walk out to Historic Main Street or ski-in/ski-out* to Park City Mountain. Win. Win.
Guests access Rio Grande 203 through a semi-private foyer. Upon entering the condominium, both a unique accordion window and feature fireplace wall grab your attention. The luxury kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and seating for up to 8 at the dining table and 4 at the island.
Luxury and comfort can co-exist beautifully at Rio Grande 203. With three bedrooms, four bathrooms and sleeping arrangements for six, Rio Grande combines splendid décor and furnishings with comfort in the private residence and among the common spaces.
The main suite includes a king-size bed, private gas fireplace, and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom offers a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, that can be made into a king-size bed with 24-hours advanced notice and an en suite bathroom. A shared half bathroom is located in the hall.
The shared rooftop deck is like no other in Park City. Featuring a hot tub, bar-b-que, fire pit and lounge seating perfect for soaking in the winter's sunsets, listening to summer's quaking aspens, stargazing, or watching the town's traditional Fourth of July fireworks show tops the building. If you catch a chill, the social lounge just inside from the rooftop deck is the perfect spot to wind the evening down.
Enjoy private underground parking, an extremely rare and valuable amenity in downtown Park City. And a ski prep lounge offers plenty of secure storage for equipment as well as a comfortable, warm place to put on jackets and boots. Complimentary fiber Wi-Fi.
