The Space:

Wake up to tranquil mountain and lake views, then enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking Sleepy Hollow Lake. Spend your afternoons kayaking, fishing, or boating just steps from your backyard, or unwind in the private hot tub after a day on the water. Inside, the home’s warm, rustic design pairs beautifully with modern touches—think a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and entertainment options galore.



First floor has 1 bedroom and sleeps 2 and second floor has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 (6 in total). Basement has sofa bed that can sleep 2.

The living room and dining area both comfortably seat 6 and come equipped with a smart TV, smart speaker, karaoke set and many board games for your entertainment.



There is a full bathroom on each floor. Both bathrooms are recently renovated. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer if needed.



The living/dining area, downstairs bedroom, and 1 upstairs bedroom all have air conditioning units. 1 upstairs bedroom does not have AC but comes equipped with both a ceiling fan and a floor fan and is generally very cool.

Enjoy the outdoor patio, the hot tub (bring your SWIMSUITS), lakefront dock and BBQ grill!

Challenge your friends to a ping pong tournament, karaoke session, or board game night before firing up the grill for a lakeside dinner.

Guest Access:

This home is part of the Sleepy Hollow Lake community. The home is entirely yours to host family and friends! A Tenant Acknowledgment of APO Rental Policy will need to be signed for each booking prior to arrival. The agreement states they agree to the rules of Sleepy Hollow which can be found on Sleepyhollowlake . org under The Community then Governance.

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Hudson (Warren Street), you’ll find a lively mix of boutique shopping, art galleries, and farm-to-table restaurants. Whether you’re here for a peaceful weekend by the water or to explore the natural beauty and charm of the Hudson Valley, 60 Brom Bones promises a getaway filled with comfort, fun, and connection.



Other Things to Note:

Please avoid smoking, large gatherings and parties, as well as hosting extra guests without prior approval.



Please also do not walk along the beachfront away from our dock as all docks are private



** As most of the homes are on wells, there can be a slight sulfur or iron smell to the water. It is safe to use and consume, but bottled water is recommended if you're sensitive to that ***
