We live and play in beautiful Santa Barbara, (Not Goleta!). Centrally located in the city of Santa Barbara. Less than a mile to State Street, less than a mile to the beach and harbor.
Why they chose this property
West side is the best side. nice pride of ownership neighborhood. This home is a 'Spanish Revival' home with all the charm of the 'Old Spanish Days' vibe. Built in 1920 this Spanish charmer has been completely renovated inside from new everything as well as new water lines from the street to the house and new heater with all new ducting system for fresh 'clean' air. Wonderful back yard with picnic table and umbrella as well as outdoor benches fire pit and outdoor BBQ grill.

**FULLY FURNISHED SHORT OR LONG TERM RENTAL** in Santa Barbara. All utilities are included with fastest internet. Beautifully upgraded single family home. Desirable westside Santa Barbara. Walking distance to State St. 5 min drive to the beach, harbor and famous Hendry's beachfront restaurant for morning coffees or evening sunset strolls. Offering three bedrooms, main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a queen bed. Two additional bedrooms, one with a bunk bed with bottom bed a full size bed. There is a brand new washer and dryer, a refrigerator with filtered water system and ice maker. Completely remodeled new 'Spanish Revival' kitchen, two bathrooms one bathroom has a tub. There is one parking spot on premise, with lots of street parking next to the side gate for easy entrance into house. Nice size back yard with a mountain views, love seat bench chairs, fire pit and oversized umbrella. Perfect place to reside temporarily or long term depending on your specific needs. Great for travel nurses, temporary employee transfers, or vacation rental. Come and experience living 'in Santa Barbara city zone' (this is not Goleta).
