Stay comfortably in Santa Barbara at this 4-bedroom house. Brand new chef's kitchen, including a secondary speed oven, Kitchenaid, and espresso machines. The home features 2 queen beds, a full bed, and a child bed, (and additional inflatable queen mattress if needed) perfect for families. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, one has bathtub and shower, the other has a double shower, and there is an outdoor shower and jacuzzi as well! Speaking of outdoors, the frontyard has a fountain, a lawn, a rose garden and garden, and the backyard has an enormous table, an outdoor fireplace, pellet bbq, and ping pong table to enjoy summer evenings to the fullest!

We are 5 minutes drive from the beach, and conveniently next to the bike/walking paths that connect you to the beach and the rest of the community. The house offers heating to keep things cozy no matter the season. With its gorgeous design and awesome layout, this home invites you to relax and unwind. Make your summer one for the books with a stay at our place.
