We really enjoyed our stay! Our host Ashley was awesome! She was super accommodating! Beds were very comfy. Air conditioner kicked butt!! Pool was clean! Back yard is beautiful! Quiet neighborhood. We were able to just relax with no worries. I liked that it was a 5 minute drive to the strip and downtown so if you have to take uber it’s reasonable! I own a rental out there so we have to come every year. This place will definitely be my go to every year! 10 out of 10!

Spacious, comfortable home in a quiet safe community, great for staying with family or a group of friends. Pool is small but deep, great for cooling down from the heat. About a 22 uber to the strip / 15 uber to freemont.

This house was a great location for us, just far enough from the Vegas strip to get away from the noise and traffic but close enough where it was easy to get back and forth. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Overall the home was fine and had plenty of space for us and was nicely appointed. the property is,however, in need of some upkeep and repairs. Mostly little things here and there like a door that won’t close right or a broken chair. There was only one smoke detector in the home, the rest had been removed leaving the mounting locations behind. I think it’s still a good place to stay just for the location and convenience alone. It just needs some work to bring it back to shape.

This property was perfect. I stayed here with my girlfriends for a girls’ trip, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. Whether we were lounging by the pool, chatting on the patio, or just enjoying some downtime snacking or making dinner together, the atmosphere was exactly what we needed. It felt like a home away from home.It was close to Fremont Street and not too far from the Vegas strip. It was very easy to get an Uber to take us wherever we wanted to go.Overall, this property was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a fun, low-key getaway. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip with friends!

Architectural digest it is not. The house is in need of a lot of maintenance. Pool heater broken, BBQ barely works, one of the TV’s didn’t work, toilet was falling apart. Pool looked nice, just ice cold. Location is convenient, host did not respond to inquiries during the stay.

Favorite thing about the house was the location. Nice quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minute drive to downtown Las Vegas or about 20 minute drive to the airport/strip. Strict rules on parties and noise, not for the rowdy crowd which worked perfect for my group having a quiet place to return to at night. Restaurants and groceries nearby, easy to get in and out of the area. Didn't get to use the pool, just too cold yet, but appeared well maintained and the outdoor area was very comfortable. No cable or anything like that, bring a Fire Stick or Roku if you want TV. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Little dated, needs some minor repairs here and there, but well worth the money. Would stay there any time I go back to Vegas. Communication with owner was timely and helpful.

Overall place was very clean, bathroom fixtures were very poor, out of the master shower there were several leaks around shower head, spraying outside of the shower if you positioned shower head in up position, as well as the hot/cold controls look very old, the other bathroom, the faucet sprayed out at you if you turned it too high, Also no place inside shower to place soap, washcloth, had to reach outside of shower for shampoo, soap, if you turned it too high, master had 2 beds in it, had to share with one of our daughters, that was a little weird. Too little electric outlets or in odd places, needed to pull beds forward to reach outlets, master bathroom had weird smell and had broken chair in kitchen, mast vanity had peeling on the side facing shower and table in master bathroom had a crack. There was a neighbor that parked in front of house making it inconvenient to reverse out of the driveway, person finally moved on the day we left. The house was very clean, 3 rooms were great, easy to find and lock, outdoor area was slightly messy, i.e. pool filter area and around the side at the shed. Last, we had to reach out to host to get entrance instructions on our way there, where we stayed at in Arizona they let us know 3 days in advanced.Thank you for hosting us.

Bachelorette for the Weekend

Overall trip was amazing. Ashley was very responsive throughout our time there, before we arrived, and during checkout. They even allowed us to check in early. Great location. Just an Uber/lyft away from the strip. The ladies had a great time celebrating my cousin’s bachelorette weekend and we were all accommodated comfortably. Would highly recommend.

The host gave access early, communicated effectively, and professionally.The towels were clean and the beds were too.Gripes:Too much glass/mirrors everywhere.Internet was not working Tv and remote seemed to not work properly.Several places in the home had rotting wood.Toilet seat was not properly fastened in hallway bathroom.Bathroom ventilation was non existent No fresh ice really available Pots & pans were dirty with old food.No cleaning supplies for guests to use.Toys left out in backyard.

When we arrived the house was very cold. The thermostat appeared to not be working. Once we changed the batteries it worked. TVs in bedrooms do not work. There is a leak in the ceiling of one bedroom which leaked all night on New Year’s Eve and was discovered after it had soaked some belongings. Host acted like it was new news but then we discovered there was a paper in a drawer indicating the leak was there. Would be nice to have a vacuum available. Rugs are dirty. That said, nice back yard area and serves its purpose.

Hi there - House was very nice and equipped. Clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen chairs are plastic and already had cracks in them when we got there, so they were uncomfortable to sit in. Also, the TV situation is unfortunate - We couldn't cast or mirror our phones, and there wasn't any cable. Cable that was present was limited.
