Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

The spacious patio features comfortable seating, a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking, and a fire pit perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. The private hot tub offers a serene spot to unwind year-round. Just across the driveway, a converted historic barn serves as a game room, complete with a foosball table and lounge space, making it a favorite for both adults and kids.

Inside, large windows fill the great room with natural light and frame sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Sink into the oversized sectional for a movie night on the 70” Smart TV or curl up in the cozy reading nook with a cup of coffee. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cooking and baking essentials, two dining tables, a breakfast bar, and a stocked coffee station, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Sleeping arrangements
Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms accommodate up to 11 guests. The upper-level master suite offers a private balcony, ensuite bathroom, and expansive mountain views. Two additional bedrooms feature king and queen beds, while the bunk room includes twin bunk beds - ideal for younger guests. Each room is furnished with plush bedding, premium linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep.

Bathrooms and convenience
Three full bathrooms feature modern fixtures, high-end toiletries, plush towels, and hair care products. The main floor bathroom also houses a washer and dryer, adding convenience for extended stays.

Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.

This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.
